Multi-objective Research Decision Analysis

The Multi-objective Research Decision Analysis project consists of creating a performance-driven strategy and framework to guide decision-making for MDOT’s highway capital program. This model utilizes available data to prioritize projects, taking into account various agency objectives and factors including cross-asset impacts, mobility, risk, environmental considerations, equitable distribution of benefits, safety and condition goals, and financial limitations.
