The US-23 Improvement Project encompasses comprehensive construction engineering services for bridge replacement and roadway rehabilitation across various locations along the US-23 corridor in York and Pittsfield Charter Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan. This project includes the following key locations: US-23 (Stony Creek to Ellsworth), Stony Creek Road over US-23, Willis Road over US-23, Willow Road over US-23, Bemis and Carpenter Road over US-23, the US-23/US-12 interchange, US-23 (US-12 to I-94), and US-12 from the US-23/US-12 interchange to Carpenter Road. Notably, enhancements at the US-23/US-12 interchange include new loop ramps and auxiliary lane additions on US-23 to improve traffic flow.
